Using the app
Grifel lets you read, annotate, fill in, sign, organize and convert PDF documents on your device. You may use it for personal and business purposes. Do not use it to break the law or other people's rights.
Free features and Premium
- Free features stay free and do not expire.
- Premium features need an active subscription bought through Google Play. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. A free trial turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before; we remind you 2 days before the first charge.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Your documents
Your documents stay yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for the documents you open, change, sign and share, and for keeping copies of important files.
Electronic signatures
Signatures made in the app are simple electronic signatures: an image of your signature or initials placed on the page. Whether such a signature is legally valid for a particular document depends on the law of your country and the requirements of the other party. Grifel does not provide qualified or certificate-based digital signatures.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep your documents safe (automatic saving, undo, version history), but we cannot guarantee that the app is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data; your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date; important changes are shown in the app.
